Listening to your guide and referring to the Malleshwaram Hogona map, cruise from one street to another and take in sights of murals that share stories of this bustling neighbourhood. Make new friends as you chat over filter coffee and an array of breakfast dishes at one of the famed eateries of Malleshwaram.
Malleshwaram Hogona is an art trail that took shape because of an urban mobility campaign called Bengaluru Moving, in collaboration with a local artist collective called Geechugalu. They identified a bunch of conservancy lanes in the neighbourhood and
created a dozen larger-than-life murals that highlight various characters and characteristics of Malleshwaram. A neighbourhood citizens' group Malleshwaram Social and urban living lab Sensing Local brought their expertise and resources to make this happen.
