On a general visit to their store without any idea of buying a cycle on that particular day was surprised to see the cycle (with the spec what I exactly needed) polygon heistX2. I did a quick research on the bike and picked it up that day itself. first place I was so lucky to get the XL sized hybrid bike which wasn't available PAN India. Both Dheeraj and Pooja were so kind, informative and ready to answer all the doubts I had regarding cycling.learnt lot from them astonished by seeing their passion towards cycling and the best thing is they share their knowledge regardless of anybody who pops up into their store. Happily riding the bike for the past three days in my hometown. I purchased Giant bicycle from Pedal in Tandem experience store in Sept 2021. Dhiraj & Poojya are true enthusiasts , who believe in Cycling is not a sport, it's a life style. We had phenomenal experience from deciding the right bicycle to booking process & they kept me posted on the process and time frame required, I truly appreciate their professionalism which went beyond sales. They are into relationship building than just sales. They provide value & ensure customer's happiness. What impressed me was at the time of delivery they spent 45 mins explaining important features such as gears, maintenance & smaller nitty gritty of cycling. With reference to accessories they guided me to choose what is right for my bicycle rather than trying to be pushy about all the accessories. Staff is equally courteous & knowledgeable, they work as a team. I have visited few bicycle stores & am glad to be aligned to Pedal in Tandem store.
