Embark on a journey of discovery as you pedal through the enchanting landscapes of Kashmir, a land steeped in myth and legend. Follow in the footsteps of ancient traders and pilgrims, as you traverse gentle hills and soaring peaks, dense forests and sparkling lakes. Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of local culture, from the vibrant bazaars of Srinagar to the tranquil gardens of Achabal. Enjoy Kashmiri cuisine, a tantalizing blend of aromatic spices, slow-cooked meats, and flavorful rice dishes, influenced by the region's rich cultural history and natural bounty. Itinerary:


Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar
  • Arrival at the Srinagar International Airport and meet the team
  • Transfer to Sonmarg (100 km drive) and check-in to a hotel. 
  • After settling in, we'll have a briefing session and a gear check to ensure that everyone is ready for the tour.

Day 2: Ride from Sonamarg to Manasbal
  • We'll leave Sonamarg and cycle towards the serene Manasbal Lake. The route is mostly downhill, passing through charming villages, farmland, and small forests. We'll spend the night in a cosy homestay.
  • Distance: 70 km, Cumulative Elevation Gain: 370 m, Loss: 1500 m

Day 3: Ride from Manasbal to Gulmarg
  • Today's route takes us to Gulmarg, a world-renowned ski resort and adventure hub. The first half of the route is flat terrain and then we climb up towards Gularmg. The route offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, forests, and meadows. We'll stay overnight at a hotel in Gulmarg.
  • Distance: 60 km, Cumulative Elevation Gain: 1400 m, Loss: 300 m

Day 4: Trek to Khilanmarg from Gulmarg / Gondola ride to Mt. Apharwat
  • We'll start the day with a trek to Khilanmarg, which is located at an altitude of 9,800 feet above sea level. The trek is around 10-15 km, with moderate difficulty. Alternatively, you can choose to take a gondola ride to the summit of Mt. Apharwat, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. We'll stay overnight at a hotel in Gulmarg.

Day 5: Ride from Gulmarg to Doodhpathri
  • Today's route takes us to the scenic Doodhpathri meadows. The terrain is mixed, with a long downhill section coming down from Gulmarg and then later uphill towards Doodhpathri. We'll pass through small villages, dense forests, and beautiful meadows along the way. We'll spend the night camping in Doodhpathri
  • Distance: 70 km, Cumulative Elevation Gain: 1550 m, Loss: 1450 m

Day 6: Ride from Doodhpathri to Srinagar
  • After breakfast, we will begin our ride from Doodhpathri towards Srinagar. This stretch of the journey is mostly downhill and gentle. We will cycle through lush green forests and past scenic waterfalls as we approach Srinagar. 
  • We will then check into a houseboat for the night, providing us with a unique experience of living on the calm waters of Dal Lake.
  • Distance: 42 km, Cumulative Elevation Gain: 200 m, Loss: 1400 m

Day 7: Ride from Srinagar to Aharbal Falls
  • All participants who've opted for the 7-day tour will exit this morning.
  • The rest of us will begin our ride from Srinagar and head towards Aharbal Falls. This scenic route takes us through beautiful meadows and small villages. As we approach Aharbal, the scenery becomes more dramatic with stunning waterfalls and steep cliffs. We will then stay at a campsite for the night, surrounded by beautiful nature.
  • Distance: 65 km, Cumulative Elevation Gain: 944 m, Loss: 250 m

Day 8: Ride from Aharbal to Anantnag via Achabal Gardens
  • After breakfast, we will start our ride from Aharbal towards the beautiful Achabal Gardens. This stretch of the journey is gentle, with views of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The Achabal Gardens are known for their beautiful fountains, waterways, and Mughal architecture. We will stay in a hotel in Anantnag for the night.
  • Distance: 70 km, Cumulative Elevation Gain: 300 m, Loss: 1000 m

Day 9: Ride from Anantnag to Pahalgam
  • Pahalgam is known for its scenic beauty and is a popular tourist destination in Kashmir. The route takes us through the countryside, small villages, and scenic valleys. This stretch of the journey is mostly gentle, with a few uphill sections. We will stay in a hotel in Pahalgam for the night.
  • Distance: 40 km, Cumulative Elevation Gain: 700 m, Loss: 150 m

Day 10: Depart for Srinagar by vehicle
  • After breakfast, we will depart for Srinagar by vehicle, with a stopover at the beautiful Aru Valley on the way. The Aru Valley is known for its scenic beauty and is a popular spot for adventure activities such as trekking and camping. 
  • We will then continue our journey back to Srinagar, where we will have a celebratory dinner in the evening to mark the end of the tour.

Day 11: END OF TRIP, fly out of Srinagar

Payment and Cancellation Policy
●       Full payment must be made before the commencement of the journey
●       No refund if cancelled within 15 days of the date of the journey
●       No refund will be granted for the portion/portions of the journey not performed by the traveller due to personal reasons
●       No refund will be granted in case of non-performance of the journey due to external and natural events.
